Welcome to Burj Beats. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

Payments are accepted via our secure online system or in person at the studio.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for rescheduling or a refund (minus any processing fees).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may not be refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

3. Studio Use & Conduct

Clients must respect studio equipment, facilities, and staff at all times.

Any intentional damage to studio property or equipment will result in repair/replacement charges.

Food and drinks are not allowed near recording or mixing equipment unless authorized.

Burj Beats reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these rules.

4. Recording & Content Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of their original recordings and music.

Burj Beats reserves the right to keep copies of sessions for backup and quality control purposes.

Clients are responsible for securing the necessary rights for any third-party content (samples, beats, lyrics) used during their sessions.

5. Liability

Burj Beats is not responsible for data loss, corrupted files, or technical issues beyond our control.

Clients are encouraged to keep their own backups of final projects.

6. Promotions & Media

With client consent, Burj Beats may use photos or short clips taken during sessions for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media).

No private content will be shared without explicit permission.

7. Changes to Terms

Burj Beats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
